Follow these steps to access a robust library of additional training resources and “how-to guides” to guide you through your transition.
Log in to the Legacy Advisor Portal and click on the “Explore the New Advisor Portal” button in the top right.
Once logged in, click on the “Resources” tab and select “Support” from the drop-down menu.
Use the search bar or the tiles to find helpful guides and resources to help you learn more about the new portal.
From the start, you’ll find the new and reimagined platform delivers a simplified look and more intuitive design. Here are just a few of the highlights with the new platform, you have access to:
Custom Forms Library - Find a library of relevant forms and documents organized for your convenience
Yes, you will still have access to the legacy Brinker Portal. To get to the legacy platform while in the new Brinker Advisor Portal, simply click on the “Go to Legacy Portal” on the top of your screen.
Some features and actions will not be immediately available in the new Brinker Advisor Portal, but will become available in future enhancements. In the meantime, the following features and actions can still be accessed and executed through the legacy Brinker Portal:
• Imposing a risk score (Quick track within the proposal)
• Document Upload
• Pending Activity (New Account, Maintenance, Cashiering and e-delivery)
• Docusign in the Forms Library
• Additional Reg types beyond Individual, IRA, Roth IRA, Rollover IRA, Community Property, JTWROS, JTTIC, JTTIE, Trust Under Will, Trust Under Agreement which are currently available in the new Brinker Advisor Portal
• Products, such as:
• DVA
• Personal Benchmark
• PDS
• MML Integrated Outsourcing (only for MML reps)
A number of training resources are available through this page and there will be plenty of opportunity for your team to join multiple webinars and live Q&A sessions following the launch of the new Advisor Portal in July.
Your clients will not be impacted by the changes to the Brinker Advisor Portal.
