We’re thrilled to announce that our acquisition of Redtail Technology is complete. The union of Orion and Redtail, announced in April 2022, is poised to transform the way advisors scale their businesses through technology and outsourced solutions.

Orion’s integration of Redtail’s industry-leading, next-generation CRM technology to our open architecture wealthtech platform can serve as the foundation for advisors’ tech stacks via an end-to-end seamlessly integrated, most-in-one platform built around a CRM hub. The combined technology platform experience is expected to come to market quickly as APIs and deep integrations are already in place. As open architecture platforms, Orion and Redtail will continue to support their existing technology integrations for clients.
