What is Wealth Management Elite?

The Wealth Management Elite Conference is a high-touch, invitation-only experience for Orion's top advisors. Designed to foster meaningful connection and strategic growth, this exclusive event brings together forward-thinking peers and Orion's executive leadership for two days of insight, collaboration, and inspiration.

Attendees will engage in dynamic workshops, peer-led discussions, and sessions focused on the trends shaping the future of wealth management. From personalized consultation appointments to curated networking opportunities, every element of the experience is crafted to elevate your business and strengthen your partnership with Orion.

What is included in registration?

All receptions, dinners, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks during conference days.

Where can I book hotel accommodations?

You will be prompted to book your hotel when you register.

Is airfare reimbursed for this event?

Yes, airfare is reimbursed up to a cap of $750. To qualify for reimbursement, all flights must be booked through Orion’s designated travel concierge. Reimbursement will be based on the lowest logical fare available at the time of booking. If you choose to upgrade your airfare, you will be responsible for covering any additional costs.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please email events@orion.com as soon as possible. We’ll review your request and provide next steps. If applicable, we’ll also assist with any hotel or travel-related cancellations.

What is the dress attire for the event?

Business casual is recommended for daytime meetings, while evening networking events are more relaxed with casual attire. We suggest dressing in layers, as conference rooms can be cool and some evening activities will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Which airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into Tucson International Airport (IATA: TUS). This is the closest commercial airport serving the conference venue. Most major carriers offer nonstop or connecting flights to TUS from across the U.S.

Will there be transportation provided from the airport? 

Ground transportation to and from the airport is not provided, ride-share services are readily available and encouraged. The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana is about 32 miles from Tucson International Airport (TUS), with a typical driving time of around 30 minutes.

Will presentation slides or session recordings be available after the event? 

Select presentation materials will be made available after the event. We'll send a follow-up email with access details.
