NFS is a registered broker-dealer affiliated with Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC (“FBS”). Brinker Capital Securities adopts NFS’s Rule 606(a) Report by reference. We have examined the report and have no reason to believe that the report materially misrepresents the order routing practices.
