Where We Work
We’re a flexibility-first company.
Orion’s 1,300+ team members stay connected by spending 3 days in the office each week at one of our hubs, with the flexibility to work from home for 2 days, plus a number of set "choice weeks" where you can work from anywhere. We believe in providing the best of both worlds to keep our team engaged and productive.
