WE Lead

WE Lead (Women Engaged in Leadership) is Orion’s Employee Resource Group dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and leadership advancement of women in the workplace. Through community building, professional development, mentorship, and shared learning, WE Lead creates opportunities for meaningful connection and career growth.

WE Lead is open to all team members and welcomes women and allies alike who are committed to advancing inclusion, leadership, and collective success across Orion.

Experience Council

Orion’s Experience Council helps shape the team member experience and bring our culture to life across the organization. By bringing together perspectives from across teams, offices, and functions, the team member-led council helps inform culture initiatives and create experiences that reflect the unique needs of our people.

From enterprise-wide experiences to locally driven moments, the council helps create opportunities for team members to engage, participate, and contribute to the culture at Orion.
