Noreen Beaman brings over 30 years of financial services expertise to her role as Vice Chair of Orion’s Board of Directors. She is also a Certified Executive Coach and Head of Leadership Development at East Bay Executive Coaching and Consulting, where she empowers leaders to unlock their potential, navigate complexity, and achieve their professional aspirations.
Following the 2020 merger of Orion and Brinker Capital, Noreen served as President of Orion Advisor Solutions. Prior to that, she was CEO of Brinker Capital, where she dedicated over 30 years to helping advisors and their clients achieve better financial outcomes.
Beyond her professional achievements, Noreen contributes to her community through her role as Trustee and Finance Chair at Saint Peter’s University. Her leadership has been recognized with honors such as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Women to Watch by Investment News, and Most Admired CEO by Philadelphia Business Journal.
She holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting from NYU and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University.
