Orion is ending support for Inform and transitioning existing clients to our best-in-class compliance tools, Orion Compliance. By streamlining our support, we are better able to invest in the further development and provide better service to users.

Support and accessibility of Inform is expected to gradually be sunset throughout 2025 and beyond.

• As loyal Orion customers, we want to provide a seamless transition by offering your firm the ability to enter into a discounted two- or three-year Orion Compliance agreement including the Employee and Firm Oversight features at current Inform pricing, if signed by December 31, 2024.
• If you choose not to switch to Orion Compliance, your current Inform agreement will end at on its next renewal date.

Your firm will be able to finish its current Inform term but your contract will no longer auto-renew.

Yes, Inform will be available to your firm throughout its current agreement term.

No, once your current Inform term is complete it will no longer auto-renew as Inform is being sunset.

Once a new Orion Compliance agreement is signed, your firm will enter the onboarding process where our SME Compliance team will reach out to coordinate training sessions to meet and build out your Compliance program together in Orion Compliance.

Yes, our SME Compliance team will provide guidance on the best way to export your data from Inform.
