Careers

Work From Anywhere

  • We invest in technology and shared experiences to boost productivity and increase collaboration and connection among all team members.
  • Our 1,400 team members stay connected whether they’re working totally remote, a mix of in-office and remote, or from an office hub in Omaha (NE), Philadelphia/Berwyn (PA), Sacramento (CA), Hebron (KY), Idaho Falls (ID), Chandler (AZ), Provo (UT), Atlanta (GA), or New York City (NY).
  • Not located near a hub? Team meetings and company events provide added connections for relationship-building and learning.
  • Team members across the country informally connect over their shared love of pets, video games, fitness, food, and more on our internal social media platform.

Giving Back

Orion proudly supports charitable organizations working to provide access to valuable financial education and advice, including:

A strong advocate for pro bono service, Orion is a major supporter of the Foundation for Financial Planning (FFP), the nation’s leading nonprofit charity devoted to bringing pro bono financial planning and advice to people in crisis or need. Orion CEO Eric Clarke sits on FFP’s board of trustees and Corporate Advisory Council. Orion saw a surge in the demand for financial planning as a result of the pandemic. That’s why we announced in 2021 that we’re letting any and every advisor use Orion’s Financial Planning tool to provide pro bono financial advice as millions of Americans are recovering from the economic impact of COVID-19.
